Citizens Bank and Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization want to engage the community in the discussion about tiny housing, and empower citizens to share ideas and spread the word about alternative ways of living that can make homeownership and living sustainably a possibility while creating a better future for our neighborhood.

Friday, July 1st we announced an open reservation period from July-September for one of the houses. You will be able to book a two night stay in the house via airbnb.com and can have the chance at experiencing the tiny house lifestyle for yourself! Beginning July 1st, one of the houses will be for sale. After the rental period mentioned above the other house will be available for purchase as well. Contact DSCDO at 216.961.4242×265 for any inquiries about either of the houses.
